Exercise Ball

Exercise is difficult to perform for most of the people but exercise ball has made things easy for many. It is easily available in different sizes and their weight varies with their size. Chose a ball that you can easily workout with because heavier ball will be difficult to pick and you will end up hurting yourself.
You will need a help of your friend or some of your family member because it will be difficult for you to get used to of exercise ball at the beginning. Moreover, support is always necessary when you workout for some purpose. You can easily work out on your abs with the help of this ball, if you find crunches difficult. It will give complete workout to your upper and lower abs if you perform different routines like “sit and catch” and many other.
Sit and catch is the most common routine performed with the help of exercise ball. This routine is performed by two people lying down and their feet touching each other’s. One person has the ball and he throws it to another while he sits up. The other one catches the ball and lays down and sits up again to throw the ball at the first person. It may sound easy but it is difficult to perform and difficulty level of this routine will increase with the increase in weight of the exercise ball.
